This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel automatically processes technical data sent by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). We have a data processing agreement with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact Form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), so your details are transferred to Formspree servers in the USA. This transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your data once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

When you subscribe, your email address, the time of subscription and your IP address are transferred to and stored by MailerLite. A MailerLite script is also loaded for the sign-up form.

We use double opt-in: after subscribing, you receive an email asking you to confirm. Only then do we send the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. After you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the list. We have a data processing agreement with MailerLite.
